Working on stories

I dug a huge pile of old work from my mini-storage today. Out of it I found two possible stories to use in my MFA application. I have to type them into my computer and package them as part of my novel. Hmm, might that be bad if I'm applying to Creative Nonfiction instead of Fiction?

I also sent out two queries! I'm on fire. Too bad I'm still owed $400 and I haven't seen a sign of that coming. My mail has been slow and the holidays aren't making it any better.

And it's still cold!
