My article came out in Writer's Journal. It's about how to freelance at newspapers and maybe a little something that I have experience with! (Maybe only 10 years or so.) Also, another aside from the article, January/February are great times to freelance because all the freelance budgets have been refreshed.
I asked one of the editorial staff where my $400 was and they said it was in payroll in North Carolina, " ... which takes forever." Oh, the joy of freelancing!
