I like weekends, where I basically raid the neighborhood grocery store deli of fried goodies and pasta salad. (Hence picture of fat pandas in China.)I went to look at an overpriced house today. It's a buyer's market, but sellers don't seem to be agreeing to that. Plus, as we all know from Freakonomics, real estate agents want more for their house.
So, she wants $629,000 when her house is worth about $100,000 less than that. I have no intention of pretending her house is worth that, but I'm not sure if she wants to pretend it is. I hate people who don't get it.
